1. With Which Entity Are You Entering Into an Agreement?

When you place an order through nl.kniterlandia.eu (kniterlandia.nl) any of our Digital Points of Sale, you are entering into an agreement with Evrodizain Kolor LTD, registered under Chamber of Commerce number 103925963, VAT number BG103925963, located at Boulevard Slivnitsa 52, 9000, Varna, Bulgaria, responsible for processing and fulfilling your order.

2. When Can You Place an Order?

You can place an order at any time through our Website. However, order processing and fulfillment occur during regular business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. How Can You Place an Order?

To place an order, add your chosen items to the cart, proceed to checkout, provide the required shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

4. When Does the Agreement Come Into Existence?

The agreement between you and Kniterlandia is established once you receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

5. Can You Cancel or Change the Order Before It Has Been Delivered?

You may cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team promptly. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

6. Is It Possible That a Product You Ordered Is Out of Stock?

While we strive to keep our stock updated, it is possible that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for a replacement or a full refund.

If you wish to return a product, you must notify Kniterlandia of your intention to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you’ve informed us, you have an additional 30 days from the delivery date to return the product, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and receipts intact.

13. Can You Exchange Products?

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the process.

14. What Law Applies to the Agreement Including These Conditions and Which Court Can I Go To?

These Conditions and your purchase agreement are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of The Hague.

How to Return Your Items for Free:

  1. Complete the return form and either submit it online or include it in your package.
  2. Attach the provided return label to your package, ensuring it covers the original shipping label.
  3. Drop off the package with the designated carrier or, if available in your country, return it to one of our stores.

  • Items must be complete, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original labels attached in their original packaging.
