Gift cards at Kniterlandia explained. Below you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about using, returning, and troubleshooting gift cards.

When placing an order, you can use your gift card as a payment method.

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • To check your gift card balance, use the button above this FAQ. You will need your card number and unique PIN code.
  • At checkout, select Gift Card as your payment method.
  • To use your gift card, enter the card number and PIN code during payment.
  • If the order amount exceeds the value of your gift card, you will need to pay the remaining balance using iDEAL or a credit card.
  • Keep your gift card safe—if you return any items, your refund will be credited back to the same gift card.

If you're experiencing issues with a gift card, here are a few steps you can take:

  • Try applying the code to another item – Some promo codes may not be valid for all products.
  • Check the expiration date – Promo codes must be used within the valid promotional period. Expired codes cannot be replaced.
  • Ensure you’ve entered the code correctly – Double-check for typos or extra spaces when entering the code.

If your promo code is still not working, please contact us, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

At Kniterlandia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a gift card, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The gift card must be unused—once it has been redeemed, even partially, it can no longer be refunded.
  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Once we process your return and verify that the gift card remains unused, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 8-14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
