We're sorry to see you go! If you no longer wish to be part of Kniterlandia Membership, you can easily cancel your membership by following these steps:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go to the Details page in the My Account section.
  • Scroll down to Account Details.
  • Click CLICK HERE and follow the steps to delete your membership.

Important: Deleting your account means permanently losing access to both your shopping account (including your order history) and your Kniterlandia Membership benefits. After cancellation, you will only be able to shop as a guest, without access to exclusive perks.

Requesting Personal Data

If you don’t have an account or are unable to make changes in the My Account section, you can submit a request by filling out our webform and selecting Personal Data Request as the topic.

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry—you can easily reset it:

  1. Click the SIGN IN button at the top right of our website.
  2. Select FORGOT PASSWORD below the login window.
  3. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a password reset link.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password and regain access to your account.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to receive the reset email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
